Design and Development of Hydrogen Engine Project

Applications will opening soon. only for engineering students residing Hyderabad

Design a hydrogen engine architecture: 30 Week program.

Create a detailed design of the engine, including cylinder head, block, crankshaft, and fuel system.

  1. Select and specify engine components: Choose materials and components for the engine, such as fuel injectors, spark plugs, and valves.

  2. Develop a fuel management system: Design a system for storing, handling, and injecting hydrogen fuel

  3. Methodology

    1. Literature review: Research existing hydrogen engine designs, technologies, and challenges.

    2. Design and simulation: Use CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Open FOAM) to design and optimize the engine.

    3. Component selection and procurement: Source and acquire necessary components.

    4. Prototyping and testing: Build a prototype and conduct performance, efficiency, and emissions testing.

    Expected Outcomes

    1. Hydrogen engine design: A detailed design of the engine, including CAD models and specifications.

    2. Prototype development: A functional prototype of the hydrogen engine.

    3. Performance optimization: Optimized engine performance, efficiency, and emissions.
